Luggage and Food Transportation
Luggage transportation is available for groups only. To obtain this service, you must notify us as soon as possible and at least two weeks before your departure. Please note that this service is not guaranteed*. It may not be offered if our staff availability does not permit it.
*If your stay depends on the transport of luggage and food or a food deposit, book these services when booking your overnight stay. If your request is made later and we are unable to offer you the service (for example, if we are full), the usual cancellation policy will be applied, without exception.
Prices (before taxes) 24-25 season*
The cost of transporting luggage and food from cabin to cabin is : 290$ in the summer and 375$ in the winter. The rate is per night and for the entire group. For example, if you have a 3-nights half-crossing in the summer, the rate would be 290$ x 3 = 870$, divided according to the number of people in your group.
*Please note that the price has been established according to the distance of the transportation and that the price is the same for a group of 4, 8 or even 10 people.
**Note that in winter this service is not available for a group of more than 10 people.

Food Drop-off
To obtain this service, you must notify us as soon as possible and at least two weeks before your departure. Please note that this service is not guaranteed. It may not be offered if our staff availability does not permit it.
Prices (before taxes) 24-25 season*
The price for a food drop-off at the cabin of your choice during your traverse is $150 in summer and $250 in winter.
Note that the price has been established based on the length of the journey, and is the same for a group of 4, 8, or even 10 people.

Vehicle Transfer
Prices vary depending on the departure point and delivery destination of the vehicle
Consult the rate schedule for different routes according to your itinerary.
If you are a large group, the price is $204* for 2 vehicles, $264* for 3 vehicles, and $319* for 4 vehicles (for a group within the same reservation only, not applicable to groups booked separately).
Please book this service at least 7 days before the date of your departure. Last minute reservations will not be accepted.

Shuttle/ Public Transportation Options
A member of our team can pick you up in Baie-Saint-Paul or at the St-Urbain church on the morning of your departure to take you to our reception office, then drop you off at the head of the Traversée trail (Dôme parking lot or Zec des Martres reception). This service must be booked in advance (ideally 2 weeks in advance). The fees indicated below are fixed fees for a group of 1 to 4 people.
Baie-Saint-Paul → ZEC des Martres or Dôme: $70 (before tax)
Traversée office → ZEC des Martres or Dôme: $35 (before tax)
Saint-Urbain church → ZEC des Martres or Dôme: $50 (before tax)
